As a Clinical Doctor of Pharmacy turned Clinical Hypnotherapist, Plant Medicine Facilitator, and Medication Tapering Coach, I offer a bridge between science, nervous system healing, and consciousness to support deep and lasting transformation.

My work integrates somatic breathwork, hypnotherapy, expanded states of consciousness, and trauma-informed practices to help you move beyond survival patterns, reconnect with your body, and awaken an embodied, authentic, and empowered way of being.
