Self-Sovereignty Coaching

Reclaiming self-sovereignty is a process of learning safety within the body, integrating lost parts of self, releasing old emotions, reconnecting to intuition, and embodying authentic self.

Combining somatic and mindset coaching allows for true healing and sustained change as you explore your inner landscape, remember your innate power, and find your freedom.

12-Week Coaching Container includes:

  • Weekly 1:1 coaching sessions

  • Nervous system education and somatic practices to build a foundation for creating safety within the body

  • Breathwork sessions (90min) every 2-3 sessions for releasing and repatterning energy and emotions

  • Microdosing education and coaching for neuroplasticity and accessing emotions (optional)

  • Subconscious reprogramming with guided meditation and inner child and shadow work

  • Manifestation techniques through active imagination and embodiment practices
