Group 12-Week Coaching Container includes:
Weekly group coaching sessions with small group of 6-8 people
Each session will be 75-90 minutes in length and include a topic discussion, somatic or meditation experience, and time to share/witness/support each other
Three of the sessions will be facilitated Somatic Breathwork Journeys
12 Week container arc will move through:
BODY (4 weeks): Dive into deep connection with the body through Somatic Breathwork and somatic exercises to learn the language of the body, increase nervous system resilience, and allow the body to express and release stored tension from the past
MIND (4 weeks): Explore self-limiting beliefs, patterns, and fears that are causing resistance through hypnomeditation and parts work, bringing the subconscious to awareness and integrating lost parts of self
SOUL (4 weeks): Reclaim and reconnect to the innate wisdom of your intuition and Higher Self through emotional anchoring and creative visualization to step into the reality you are here to live
Daily self-practices including journaling, breathwork, and meditation
